New Preventive Maintenance of One of Our Automatic Machines

Last week our technical team traveled to Barcelona to our client's house to perform preventive maintenance on the 5S-UCM 250RL equipment.
The stop lasted 6 hours during which all the enclosures were dismantled and all elements of the equipment were inspected.

They were verified:

• All electrical connections of the equipment.
• Ultrasonic generator state.
• Status of the ultrasonic emitters.
• Measurement of the insulation level of the different circuits of the equipment.
• Condition of the drying, extraction and delivery turbines.
• Condition of the XY axes transmission chains
• Condition of all wear elements.

We also took advantage of the visit to make some improvements.
At the end of the day, an intensive performance test was carried out to ensure that after our intervention, our client would not have any incident.
