Ultrasonic Generators
At DCM ultrasonic we have a wide range of patented synchronized digital generators to cover all of our customers' needs.
- Single: Generator up to 1,000W for tanks up to 150 liters.
- Dual: Generator up to 2,000W for tanks up to 250 liters.
- Triplex: Generator up to 3,000W for tanks up to 350 liters.
For greater power there is the possibility of mounting the generators in a 19" rack, in this case a master generator is installed equipped with the control and as many power stages as necessary that will be controlled and fully synchronized by the master. Through this system we can control up to 300,000W of ultrasonic power, being able to power tanks of up to 60,000 liters of water.
What is an Ultrasonic Generator and How Does it Work
The ultrasonic generator is the electronic component that powers the ultrasonic transducers, providing the appropriate frequency and power to generate cavitation in the cleaning medium. Its operation is based on the following principles:- Energy Conversion: Converts the electric current into high frequency signals (generally between 20 and 120 kHz).
- Frequency Control: Adjusts and stabilizes the operating frequency to maximize the efficiency of the cavitation process.
- Power Optimization: Allows precise control of the output power, adapting to specific cleaning needs.
DCM Ultrasonic ultrasonic generators incorporate advanced signal modulation technologies and automatic adjustment systems to ensure the best efficiency in each application.
Benefits of DCM Ultrasonic Ultrasonic Generators
Choosing an ultrasonic generator from DCM Ultrasonic provides a number of significant advantages in industrial cleaning processes:- Greater Cleaning Efficiency: Uniform cavitation improves the removal of contaminants even in the most complex geometries.
- Reduction in Chemical Use: Ultrasonic action reduces the need for aggressive detergents.
- Energy Saving: Thanks to their optimized design, the generators reduce electrical consumption.
- Durability and Reliability: High-quality electronic components guarantee a long service life.
- Adaptability to Different Applications: They can be used in sectors such as automotive, aeronautics, electronics and medical.
We also have a range of standard ultrasound emitters so you can build your own ultrasound tank or repair the existing one. If you don't find a size that fits your needs, we will custom make it for you.

Why choose our ultrasonic generators?
Synchronized technology

Our generator has synchronized digital technology composed of a digital control that is responsible for sending a control signal to all power stages, thus avoiding interference phenomena that can occur in the bathroom due to lack of synchronism.
Power control 0 to 100%.

The DCM Ultrasonic range of generators is equipped with a progressive power control from 0% - 100% that allows the power to be adapted according to the use for which it is intended. Additionally, this allows us to make very progressive starts for special applications.
Frequency sweep

All the generators in the range have a frequency sweep whose function is to ensure that all the piezoelectric elements are excited and thus achieve greater performance and more homogeneous cavitation.
4 oscillation modes

The generators have 4 different oscillation modes through amplitude modulation, which allows them to be adapted to different types of use depending on the type of material to be treated, thus avoiding deterioration of the intensity of the ultrasonic field.
Programmable frequency

DCM Ultrasonic generators can be programmed in frequency, so that they can work at frequencies of 24kHz, 25kHz, 28kHz, 33kHz, 38kHz and 40kHz as standard. For other frequencies, contact us.
Impedance adjustment

Our generators have a mechanical impedance adaptation system, which allows you to adjust the total impedance of the system and ensure that all electrical energy is transformed into mechanical energy, turning them into truly efficient equipment.
Power ramp up digital adjustment

By adjusting the ramp up, we can control how long we want to reach the desired power. This feature is especially important when ultrasound is applied to foaming liquids, thus avoiding the formation of unwanted gas and avoiding an extremely rapid increase in pressure.
On/Off time setting

Our generators can work continuously without interruption or making a short stop during the work cycle. These working times are configurable and allow us to check the status of the generators during the stop and start them if any of them have stopped due to any circumstance.
RS-485 communication

Our generators have an RS-485 communications port and Modbus RTU communication protocol that allows remote monitoring and control of the generator. This is especially important when equipment is installed in industries where all processes are rigorously controlled.
Degas mode

The "Degas" mode is a special mode that is used to accelerate the degassing process of the bath (eliminate the air in solution), thus allowing the optimal state of the bath to be reached quickly and reducing electrical consumption by shortening the degassing time.
