First of all, we would like to thank you for your trust in purchasing a DCM Ultrasonic product, the commercial name for this type of machines from the company DCM Ingeniería mecánico S.L. We hope that our products can provide you with high quality services for a long time. To this end, DCM Ultrasonic maintains strict controls on all its products and accessories to ensure the quality and safety of its products and to comply with the most stringent regulatory requirements.
As the manufacturer of the device you have purchased, we are convinced of its excellent quality and hope that it will not require any technical intervention for a long time. Below you will find the warranty conditions that apply to your purchase of DCM Ultrasonic products.
Basic warranty conditions
DCM Ultrasonic guarantees that the new product you have just purchased is of excellent quality and works properly for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, a period that cannot be extended if it is transferred/sold to a third party.
The warranty conditions and coverage provided by DCM Ultrasonic as a manufacturer are independent of the rights you have against the official seller/distributor for the purchase and sale of new equipment.

What situations does the warranty cover?

This warranty includes the right to replace or repair components of the new product you purchase, provided that the defect and/or failure is due to a manufacturing fault that affects its normal operation. If the defective part belongs to the set, replace only that part, except for vulnerable parts and parts that can be replaced during periodic maintenance.
For this DCM Ultrasonic warranty to be valid, you must provide proof of the date of purchase, model and serial number of the equipment with the corresponding purchase invoice.
DCM Ultrasonic may request that you send a defective part at any time so that DCM Ultrasonic can verify the defect. Its delivery will be a mandatory requirement for the validity of this warranty.

What situations are not covered by the warranty?

The product user manual explains all recommendations for installation and use and for obtaining optimal performance. Please perform the checks indicated there. Any defect, damage or malfunction caused by improper installation or misuse is not covered by this warranty. Therefore, it is very important to read the user manual carefully.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty and are therefore the user's responsibility:
Labor hours costs for repairs, transportation and relocation.
Failure due to incorrect assembly or installation, failure to follow the tasks described in the official DCM Ultrasonic user manual, use of cleaning and maintenance chemicals not recommended in the user manual and cleaning instructions, use of cleaning instructions that are not included in the recommended cleaning instructions, accumulation of residue due to lack of cleaning and/or maintenance, failure to follow the tasks described in the user manual and cleaning instructions, breakages and/or unusual. malfunction due to use for purposes other than those described in the user manual. Parts that are consumed and/or subject to wear during normal use of the machine and parts that are scheduled for replacement during scheduled maintenance. For more information on these parts, please refer to the user and maintenance manual for your machine. Loss of parts. Replacement of complete assemblies (made up of more than one piece assembled either by a screwed, glued or welded joint. Failures due to negligence or misuse by the user resulting from experiments or tests in which the equipment is subjected to greater than normal stresses, improper installation, modification or maintenance of fastening elements, sockets or electrical systems and/or water. Improper assembly, operation or repair by persons other than DCM Ultrasonic or its authorized service technicians, including incorrect installation of the machine on a surface unsuitable for its weight, size and operating characteristics. Failure due to voltage peaks, harmonics or other electrical/electronic variations. Breakdowns caused by force majeure (atmospheric or geological phenomena), accidents, fires, explosions, fire extinguishers, theft, plundering or robbery, power outages due to short circuits, cuts, atmospheric discharges. Collisions, overturning, falls, scratches, wear or aesthetic deterioration, including sinking or landslides, floods. It does not cover products, materials and components or accessories not manufactured by DCM Ultrasonic, whether integrated into your machine by DCM Ultrasonic or by you. This warranty does not apply to products, materials, components or accessories not manufactured by DCM Ultrasonic that have undergone service such as ultrasonic cleaning or other intervention, whether or not they are or have been integrated/mounted on your machine by DCM Ultrasonic technicians or by you.This guarantee does not apply to those elements that have been transferred to DCM Ultrasonic for the performance of tests of any kind. This warranty also does not apply to those products, materials, components or accessories that have not been purchased directly from DCM Ultrasonic. In the event of any defect, malfunction or any damage caused by these components or accessories you must contact their manufacturer or supplier directly and in any case the terms, conditions and warranty period of the manufacturer or supplier of these components or accessories will apply. DCM Ultrasonic will not be liable for any defect, inconvenience, loss, cost or any other consequential damage arising from the use or inability to use the products or any breach of any express or implied warranty.
Important
To obtain this warranty it will be necessary to provide DCM Ultrasonic with the date on which you received the new product by providing your purchase invoice. Please retain your sales receipt. The product warranty is subject to full payment of the product under the terms stated on the sales invoice. This warranty is international and applies to all products in any country where an authorized DCM Ultrasonic distributor exists. This provides the warranties contained herein. DCM Ultrasonic reserves the right to limit this coverage. Except for the express warranties set forth above, DCM Ultrasonic makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the product or its fitness for any other purpose or otherwise. To the extent permitted by local law, DCM Ultrasonic is not responsible for any defect, inconvenience, limitation or inability to use this product, or for any breach of any express or implied warranty. *The terms of this warranty apply to products sold after November 1, 2022.
