RL Series – Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems with Rotating Load

The UCM 250 RL features a pneumatic lifting platform with a load capacity of up to 150 kg and a robot with a load capacity of up to 100 kg for multi-stage equipment. Thanks to its rotating baskets, the UCM 250 RL allows several parts to be processed at the same time, ensuring uniform cleaning and significantly reducing processing times. The equipment is constructed entirely from AISI 304L stainless steel, with the exception of the ultrasonic transducers, which are made from AISI 316L stainless steel.

The lift has three main functions, which are:  Loading and unloading of parts to be cleaned.
