UCM 500 RL - Anilox roller cleaning

The UCM 750 RL cleaning machine features a pneumatic lifting platform with a load capacity of up to 750 kg for anilox roller cleaning equipment. The lift has three main functions, which are:  Loading and unloading of parts to be cleaned. Assisting with cleaning in hard-to-reach areas by producing a gentle movement of the fluid, which helps remove loosened dirt particles. Key features:  Synchronised digital generators. Patented generator with an operating frequency ranging from 24 to 40 kHz, allowing the best frequency to be selected depending on the application.  PZT4 piezoelectric transducers. At DCM Ultrasonic, we conducted a study involving more than 15 different models until we found the one that offered the highest performance in combination with our generator; this has enabled us to achieve very high cavitation levels with very low power consumption. Thermal and acoustic insulation. Prevents heat loss during operation of our equipment, ensuring it maintains the correct temperature.   Control system with PLC and HMI. The equipment features a PLC and a colour HMI screen from which the entire machine can be easily controlled via a highly intuitive menu.  Fully stainless steel construction. The equipment is constructed entirely from AISI 304L stainless steel, with the exception of the ultrasonic transducers, which are made from AISI 316L stainless steel.
