Ultrasonic cleaning is a highly effective and efficient tool for cleaning exchangers and other components in refineries and other companies in the petrochemical sector. Ultrasonic cleaning techniques depends on the microjet resulted from the collapse of the formed bubbles in the bath during the rarefaction of the ultrasonic waves.

The UCM 60000SL equipment is equipment specially designed for cleaning heat exchangers in the Oil & Gas industry. These equipment are adapted for land transport by truck, and can optionally be equipped with a hydraulic system to help load and unload the equipment on the truck, thus avoiding the need to use external loading means. It has an operational load capacity of 40Tn and can be equipped with an automatic turner that facilitates the cleaning of the exchangers by helping to eliminate remains of dirt. The ultrasound generator is built on a 20-foot container for easy transportation, loading and unloading. It has cooling equipment to ensure the proper functioning of the generator.
