DL range: Ultrasonic cleaning machine up to 9000L

The range of DL (Dinamic Loading) series cleaning equipment ranges from 100 to 9000 liters of capacity. They are designed for cleaning, degreasing, stripping, disinfecting and descaling all types of materials. All are equipped with a pneumatic lifting system up to 1000 kg and a hydraulic lifting system from 1000 kg. Furthermore, all our equipment can double this load in static mode when the basket rests at the bottom of the tank. From 1000L all units have automatic lid opening and closing. For smaller capacity equipment, it is possible to install an automatic lid as an option. The entire DL series can be optionally equipped with: automatic lid, steam extraction, automatic water filling, automatic detergent (liquid) dispenser, filtration unit that extends the life of the bath, automatic oil extraction, tank construction and parts in contact with the chemical product in AISI 316 stainless steel.

Our UCM 200DL equipment is designed for use in cleaning, degreasing, decarbonization and parts stripping processes. It is equipped with a pneumatic parts loading and unloading system with a lifting capacity of 80 kg. In static mode it is possible to use it in its lowest position with loads of up to 175 kg. It has an oil separation system composed of a pump that is responsible for recirculating the water from the auxiliary tank to the main tank, eliminating remains of oil and dirt from the surface of the tank, preventing the parts from staining when removed. This auxiliary tank in turn has the function of absorbing all the water displaced by the piece to be cleaned when introduced into the main tank. It has a power/liter ratio of 8.4W/l which, together with the study of the geometry of the tank and the position of the emitters, makes it the most efficient machine on the market in its category. The equipment is entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel except for the ultrasonic emitters, which are made in AISI 316. The equipment has thermal-acoustic insulation that prevents heat loss through radiation and maintains the tank temperature, reducing electrical consumption while reducing the sound level to below 78db, thus avoiding the mandatory use of hearing protection. Interaction with the user is carried out using a 7" color touch panel that allows the use of the equipment in an easy and intuitive way. It has a pneumatic lift with a load capacity of 275kg at a pressure of 7 bars that facilitates the tasks of loading and unloading parts. In addition, the lift facilitates the removal of dirt from the parts to be cleaned thanks to the back and forth movement that favors the circulation of liquid through the cavities that are most difficult to access. The equipment is prepared to withstand static loads of up to 550kg. It has a removable electrical panel using guides located in the lower part of the tank. This peculiarity makes the UCM 350DL equipment an ultra-compact and versatile equipment since it can be installed completely attached to the wall, saving space in the customer's installation. Like the rest of the range, it has an oil separation system formed by a pump that moves the cleaning solution from the auxiliary tank to the main tank, decanting the remains of oil from the main tank to the auxiliary tank.
