DL Series – Ultrasonic cleaning machines with dynamic loading

The UCM 100 DL ultrasonic cleaning machine is specially designed for cleaning small, lightweight parts and components. It features a pneumatic lift with a capacity of up to 60 kg, making it easier to handle parts during the process. In static mode, the tank is designed to support loads of up to 125 kg. Some of the main features are: Oil separation system. This allows dirt residues to be removed from the surface of the bath and transferred to an auxiliary tank. In this way, the parts are removed clean, preventing the redeposition of contaminants. 1000W ultrasonic power. It offers a power-to-volume ratio of 10 W/L, which, together with the tank’s design and geometry, ensures high cleaning efficiency within its category. Fully constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel. Except for the ultrasonic transducers, which are made from AISI 316, ensuring strength and durability in demanding industrial environments. The UCM 200 DL is designed for cleaning, degreasing, descaling and pickling industrial parts and components. The unit features a pneumatic loading and unloading system with a lifting capacity of up to 80 kg. In static mode, the tank can operate in a lowered position, supporting loads of up to 175 kg. Key features of this machine: Oil separation system. The system incorporates a recirculation pump that transfers the liquid from the auxiliary tank to the main tank, removing oils and residues accumulated on the surface of the bath. High cleaning performance. The machine offers a power-to-volume ratio of 8.4 W/L. Together with the tank design and the arrangement of the ultrasonic transducers, this ensures high performance and uniform cleaning. Industrial construction. Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, except for the ultrasonic transducers, which are made from AISI 316 to maximise durability and strength. Thermal and acoustic insulation. The UCM 350 DL is designed for cleaning, descaling, pickling and degreasing industrial parts and components. The unit features a pneumatic lift with a load capacity of up to 275 kg. Furthermore, the structure is designed to withstand static loads of up to 550 kg. Key features of this machine:  Compact and accessible design. It features a removable electrical panel on lower guides, allowing for quick and convenient maintenance. Oil separation system. The system incorporates a recirculation pump that moves the cleaning solution from the auxiliary tank to the main tank, separating oils and contaminants from the surface of the bath. Synchronised digital ultrasonic generator. Responsible for producing the cavitation effect, enabling the removal of dirt, grease and adhered residues even in hard-to-reach areas. The UCM 750 DL cleaning machine features a pneumatic lifting platform with a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg, or a hydraulic system when the load exceeds 1,000 kg. Some of the main features are:  Synchronised digital generators. At DCM Ultrasonic, we develop our own synchronised digital generators, with an operating frequency range of between 24 and 40 kHz. This allows the most suitable frequency to be selected depending on the type of part, contamination or industrial application. PZT4 piezoelectric transducers. After analysing more than 15 different transducer models, we selected PZT4 technology for its high performance and efficiency. Thermal and acoustic insulation. The UCM 1000 DL machine is characterised by its high load capacity, as it features a pneumatic lift capable of dynamically lifting 825 kg. It also has a reciprocating system that keeps the parts in constant motion whilst they are being cleaned. This cleaning machine is designed to withstand static loads of up to 1,650 kg, making it highly versatile. Some of the main features are: Synchronised digital generator. This ensures maximum machine performance, as all the ultrasonic transducers operate in perfect synchronisation, thereby preventing the occurrence of destructive waves in the bath that reduce the equipment’s performance. Double-layer thermal and acoustic insulation. Sound pressure level below 78 dB, allowing the equipment to be used without the need for hearing protection. The UCM 1000 DL Long cleaning machine combines the best features of the DL and RL ranges, making it a very long machine designed for objects and parts of specific dimensions. This machine is designed for cleaning: flat or elongated heat exchangers, pipes, extruded sections, long machined parts, shafts, universal joints and drive shafts. Some of the main features are: Greater cleaning efficiency. The combination of ultrasound and dynamic movement enhances cavitation, providing a more uniform and effective clean. Reduced processing time. The movement of the parts promotes the circulation of the cleaning fluid, speeding up the cleaning process and significantly reducing treatment times compared to static processes. More effective cleaning of complex geometries. The combination of mechanical movement and ultrasonic cavitation allows the cleaning fluid and acoustic waves to reach areas where conventional systems are less effective. Lower chemical consumption. The improved process efficiency reduces the need to use high concentrations of detergents and chemicals. The UCM 3000 DL cleaning machine is equipped with a pneumatic lifting platform with a load capacity of up to 1,500 kg and, in static mode, can support loads of up to 3,000 kg. In this ultrasonic cleaning machine, the lift has three main functions, which are: To assist with the loading and unloading of the parts to be cleaned. Assisting with cleaning in hard-to-reach areas. Preventing the ultrasonic action from concentrating on a single point, thereby preventing marking of the parts to be cleaned when they are made of soft metals.
