The UCM 100 DL ultrasonic cleaning machine is specially designed for cleaning small, lightweight parts and components. It features a pneumatic lift with a capacity of up to 60 kg, making it easier to handle parts during the process. In static mode, the tank is designed to support loads of up to 125 kg. The UCM 750 DL cleaning machine features a pneumatic lifting platform with a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg, or a hydraulic system when the load exceeds 1,000 kg. Some of the main features are:  Synchronised digital generators. At DCM Ultrasonic, we develop our own synchronised digital generators, with an operating frequency range of between 24 and 40 kHz. This allows the most suitable frequency to be selected depending on the type of part, contamination or industrial application. PZT4 piezoelectric transducers. After analysing more than 15 different transducer models, we selected PZT4 technology for its high performance and efficiency. Thermal and acoustic insulation.
