The UCM 1000DL Long combines the best of the DL and RL ranges, making it a very long machine for objects and parts of specific dimensions. This machine is designed for cleaning: flat or elongated heat exchangers, pipes, profiles, long machining, shafts, cardan shafts and transmission shafts.

The double-layer thermal-acoustic insulation system ensures that the sound pressure level remains below 78 dB, allowing the equipment to be used without requiring hearing protection. In addition, the thermal insulation maintains the temperature of the tank for several hours without significant losses, optimizing energy efficiency and reducing operating costs by minimizing the need to activate the electric heating to maintain the desired temperature.
