Description
Our standard DL (Dynamic Loading) range has a pneumatic lifting platform with a load capacity of up to 1000kg or hydraulic when the load exceeds 1000kg. The elevator has three main functions:
- Help with loading and unloading the parts to be cleaned.
- Help cleaning in hard-to-reach areas by producing a slight movement of the fluid that helps eliminate loose remains of dirt.
- Prevent the action of the ultrasound from concentrating on one point and thus prevent marking of the parts to be cleaned when they are made of soft metals such as aluminum or zamak.
Synchronized digital generators, at DCM Ultrasonic we have developed our own synchronized digital generator with a working frequency from 24 to 40kHz, thus allowing us to select the best frequency depending on the use. Our generator is the result of more than 10 years of experience in ultrasonic cleaning, seeing the needs of our clients every day.
PZT4 piezoelectric transducers, made in Japan carefully selected to offer the highest possible performance. There are many manufacturers and models of piezoelectric transducers on the market, but not all of them behave in the same way. At DCM Ultrasonic we carried out a study with more than 15 different models until we found the one that offered the highest performance in combination with our generator. This has allowed us to obtain very high cavitation levels with very low consumption.
Thermal acoustic insulation, which prevents heat loss during the operation of our equipment, maintaining the temperature, thus avoiding unnecessary heating and cooling cycles that directly lead to lower electricity consumption and economic savings.
Control system with PLC and HMI, the equipment has a PLC and an HMI color screen from where you can easily control the entire machine with a very intuitive menu. The equipment has an Ethernet communications port, thus allowing remote monitoring and management of the equipment.
Complete construction in stainless steel, the equipment is built entirely in AISI 304L stainless steel with the exception of the ultrasonic emitters which are made of AISI 316L stainless steel. The thickness of the tank and the ultrasonic emitters have been carefully selected to ensure a long useful life and obtain the best possible resonance of the system, thus achieving a performance close to 98%, which means that all the electrical energy used to generate the Ultrasound is delivered mechanically to the tank, thus reducing energy losses in the form of heat.
