Benchtop ultrasonic basins: precision and power in a compact format

Concept and operation of benchtop ultrasonic basins

Cleaning devices that use high-frequency ultrasonic waves, typically between 25 and 40 kHz, are known as tabletop ultrasonic tanks. The phenomenon of cavitation in the cleaning liquid occurs due to these waves, which are produced by piezoelectric transducers: millions of microbubbles implode and release energy, removing all kinds of contaminants adhered to surfaces, including complex geometries, internal channels or microperforations.
