Description

The flow cells have been specially designed for use in the food industry sector. This device is inserted directly into the client's installation by passing the food fluid through it, subjecting it to an intense high-power ultrasound field that modifies the physical properties without modifying the flavour or aroma of the product. The applications of this device are multiple, such as the acceleration of the processes of fermentation, sterilization, pasteurization, uperisation, crystallization... with the great advantage of not raising the temperature of the product, which translates into significant energy savings as well as the time, thus increasing productivity by high percentages.
