Description
The NexTgen UDM 20K defoaming system can be configured to drive piezoelectric transducers operating in a frequency range from a few kilohertz up to 100 kHz and with a power output of up to 3000 W. Defoaming system for foam control in bottling processes or packaging lines. Some of the main features of this system are:- LED colours indicating the generator status
- Ultrasonic generator with various control interfaces
- Foam control using ultrasonic technology
- Free version of the NexTgen Start software
- Power and frequency configurable via software
- Duration and cycles configurable via software
- Event and data logging
Communication options
The PLC communication option provides access to NexTgen’s features via an Ethernet or RS485 network and is controlled via a PLC or an operator display. Via the network, it is possible to configure the ultrasonic cycle, control the frequency and power, and use the diagnostic functions.
